Anita offers short and long term counselling, psychotherapy and support from a client orientated, empowering, integrative approach.

Anita’s client work to date has specialised in working with clients on the following issues and concerns:

abuse (emotional, physical, sexual), relationship difficulties, gender issues, anxiety and depression, stress, child and childhood related issues,  sexual problems, grief, loss and bereavement, sexuality, low self-esteem and confidence, shame, anger, guilt and much more.
